Insane Mode - The Binding of Isaac

This is a gamemode that can be selected on the character menu.

This mode come with significent nerfs such as:
• Isaac's heart cap is reduced to 6 hearts (or 3 if playing as The Forgotten).
• Heart drops as room clear rewards have a 66% chance to be replaced with nothing.
• Planetariums have a chance to be Hexed.
• Bomb pickups have a chance to be replaced with a Troll Bomb when touched.
• Pacers and Gushers leave red creep on the floor.
• Treasure Room on first floor now require a key to be opened.

Insane Mode has exclusive floor additions/changes:
• Secret Tunnels can be found by blowing up walls in Super Secret Room. These tunnels have a unique backdrop, enemies, and can contain whatever failed to generate naturally on the floor.

Beating Mom's Heart on Insane Mode will reward Isaac with an Insane Pin, which will be displayed in the character menu on top of the post-it note for the character it has been beat with. It will also unlock that character's Insane mode unlock.

Beating Mom's Heart on Insane Mode for first time will also unlock Insane Pendant and Shrunken Head.
Unlock: Defeat Mom's Heart 5 times.
